Our Return Policy is as follows Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted at our supplier within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted to our supplier no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our suppliers part are covered at our supplier expense.

The return address is set by default to our supplier facility. When they receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to us to informs about your return. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days.
Reasons for Returns
Wrong Address – If you as the customer provide an address during the ordering process that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our our suppliers facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself as the customer.
Returned by Customer – It is best you contact us first before returning any products to our supplier at email@example.com. Please be aware: Every item is custom printed to order. Therefor we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. We also do not allow size exchanges do to wrongly place orders buy the customer. For size exchange you would have to place a new order at your expense. Norsearms or our supplier is not responsible for wrongly placed orders or customer remorse.
Norsearms shell not be held responsible for any problems in printing quality or size, product quality, order accuracy, shipping or delivery issues, or the customers change of mind. Norsearms is not obligated to refund any money to the customer if the above described problems originated at the supplier.
